Open Gate SOS line

Отворена Порта – Open Gate: La Strada Macedonia operates with the only SOS line in S. Macedonia that offers aid to victims of human trafficking.

The line works 24/7 and is being operated by trained professionals who are willing to offer help, support, and referrals. You can get advice, support and more information by calling SOS line – 0800 11 111.


The SOS line provides preventive and educational information (enables information on the problem of human trafficking, safe ways of migration, and legal work abroad) and direct contact to provide support and assistance to (potential) victims of human trafficking and their families, persons in the chain trafficking in human beings or have left it without adequate psycho-social assistance.

Nova Generacija – SOS line

Nova generacija introduced telephone counseling for children – Plavi telefon BiH. Plavi telefon BiH launched a new anonymous chat counseling service in December. To date, 70 children have called for help and support.

The most common topics of conversation are:

  1. Peer and partnership relations
  2. Problems in relation to parents
  3. Physical and emotional abuse
