Policy papers
Policy papers will be based on the methodology and indicators from Social protection performance monitor of the EU, which is a toll for monitoring social inclusion. Policy paper can be related to revision of existing legislation and adoption of new legislation in accordance with EU standards and requirements.
Political issues of high importance where CSOs should intervene are:
- National (optionally local or regional) legislations related to social protection
- Contributions to European Commission Progress Report
- Active involvement in IPA programming
- Consultations related to Enlargement process
- Follow EU negotiation process
- Following activities related to Open Method of Coordination (OMC) in topics and programmes where Candidate countries and potential candidate countries are eligible
- Different national consultation process related to social inclusion
